Rev. Dr. Larry Reeves

A Servant Leader Guided by Faith, Purpose, and Vision

Hometown Roots & Faith Foundation

Rev. Dr. Larry Reeves is a proud native of Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was raised in the Baptist faith at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church. His spiritual roots were firmly planted early in life, shaping a foundation that would grow into over 40 years of dedicated ministry leadership.

A Life of Ministry and Service

Dr. Reeves has faithfully served in various leadership roles, including:

Most recently, he served as:

Care Pastor – Second Baptist Church, Santa Ana
Campus Pastor – Second Baptist Church, Lake Forest (2016–2022)

Since March 6, 2022, he has served as Interim Pastor of Bible Believers Missionary Baptist Church, leading with compassion, vision, and spiritual wisdom.

Leadership with Purpose

Alongside his devoted wife Jacqueline, Dr. Reeves has helped fill a vital leadership gap at BBMBC—reviving the church’s focus, direction, and mission to reach the community with Christ-centered love and service.

Deaconesses are a group of inspirational women with inward and outward beauty. We are committed to serving God , the Church, Pastor, Deacons, and willing to assist others in need. We believe in the Holy Bible as we strive to study God’s word for growth, wisdom, knowledge, and strength. As a faithful servant of the Lord, we aim to spread the good news of the gospel. As deaconess we give particular attention to the areas of Baptism, the Lord’s supper, Benevolence, woman and youth fellowship, and the Spiritual ministry of the Church.
